Preorders will be shipped out within the timeline below:
- Malaysia & Singapore:15-20 working days
- Other countries: 20-25 working days
The arrival time may be delayed by 3-5 business days due to the holiday seasons, or additional customization time.
Arielle Store does not accept urgent orders and does not accept order cancellations due to long waiting times.
Please consider the delivery time before placing an order.
Holiday Shipping and Arrival Arrangements
- Due to the increase in orders before and after holidays, most Korean suppliers delay shipments. Our arrival time will be extended to 20-25 business days.
Custom & Duties:
For Malaysian Customers
Import duties and taxes are included. No second payment and extra charges.
For International Customers
Kindly note that import duties and taxes and charges aren't included in the item price.
Customer will hold the responsibility for the extra import duties and charges.
Return Policy
Please note that we only accept exchanges/returns under the following conditions:
- If there is a mistake in your order due to a packing error (e.g., missing products or wrongly packed orders).
- If the products are damaged during the delivery process upon arrival (proven with an unboxing video).
- Kindly contact our customer service team (support@ariellestore.com) within 7 days from the date of order received.
- Return your items within 7 days from the date of return approval received.
- In the state of good condition: undamaged (return parcel packing is under buyer responsibility), unaltered, unworn, unwashed and in original packaging along with order invoice.
Warranty
- If your item come with a warranty, it must be claimed with the manufacturer.
- Kindly note that you will need to ship the product back to Korea for repairs.
- Any shipping costs associated with the return of the item(s) will NOT be covered by Arielle Store.
