Where do you ship to? 
We ship to Malaysia and selected oversea countries at the moment.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Preorder will take 15 ~ 25 or more working days to arrive (depending how soon the brands ship out the order); while we will ship ready stock orders in 2 ~ 3 working days once the payment is cleared.
Kindly note that some preorder items will be arriving later, depends on the estimated arrival date which is stated in the product descriptions.

How much is the shipping fee?

Shipping rate vary on total item weight. The final shipping rate will be shown during cart checkout. 

What is your return policy?
Arielle Store provides a Korea procurement service and hence, all items sold are non-returnable and non-refundable.

What if my items are damaged upon arrival?
Please read our Return & Refund Policy here. 

Is there any warranty on my purchases?
If your purchases come with a warranty, please claim it with the manufacturer. You will need to ship the product back to Korea for repairs.

Do I need to pay custom duties / taxes?
Some countries may have import taxes and they are the customer's responsibility to pay for these taxes (if any). Please note that Arielle Store will NOT hold the responsibility for the custom duties & taxes. 

Are the items sold authentic?
All products sold in Arielle Store are originally purchased from Korea and hence, they’re guaranteed original and authentic.
